Accepting Change
One of the hardest things to do is change, but we’ve learned that with change comes opportunities.
As we look around today, there are many opportunities arising, for those who want to embrace it. I can imagine that it is challenging for those who don’t embrace change, or can see how new things can be done with the old ways of doing it. The reality is that there is always a new way of doing something.
The challenge is whether we’re willing to accept it.
As humans, we’re built to create normal, repeating behavior so we feel comfortable and don’t have interruptions or changes. What is unique about today’s world is that those who accept change and embrace new ways to deliver a product, program, or service, may also find new rewards from their customers or communities.
We’re not talking about money here, we’re talking about rewards in reference to being able to serve the customers that need or want your product or service. And sure, there might be some financial rewards, but we’re talking about fulfilling a need or opportunity to perform a service.
We encourage leaders and entrepreneurs to consider rethinking their business models. Those who have choices or are thinking about them might not like the pathway, but it could be exactly what is needed or wanted by your customers and community.
