Entrepreneurial Dreams versus Plans
Across the planet, people have dreams — some big, some small. Entrepreneurs in particular have dreams, and many times people tell them that they are “just dreaming.” In some cases, they may be correct.
In our experience working with entrepreneurs around the globe, many of these “dreamers” create a plan around their idea and make something out of it. Some are more aggressive than others, but they all have plans.
Some write it down and share it with others so they can be helped and supported as they move through the steps of their plan.
Others leave it in their heads and may struggle for years to implement pieces of their dream, because the picture is not yet fully painted.
Dreams can be nice. Plans help make them happen.
BEFORE YOU GO:
We see our blogs as opportunities for dialogue. Please share your thoughts as comments.
While you are converting your dreams into plans think about these three things:
- Are they reachable and logical?
- What resources do you haven place?
- What could you leverage through networking to fill the gap?
