Honesty and Transparency In Entrepreneurship

One of the things that stands out to me about the amazing people I work with around the globe is their honesty and transparency about the work they do, and the opportunities they have.

Three years ago I was asked by several leaders if I would be interested in collaboration. I am always humbled and open to opportunities and the various ways in which we could do business.

This particular organization could easily have chosen to do the work themselves, or sub-contract it to one of their “regulars” — but they chose to find the best fit for a specific role, which happened to be, at the time, ISM.

While it would have been easier for them to just do it in house, they chose to bring us to the table to work with them.

I don’t want you to think I take these opportunities for granted — I’m always honored and humbled and looking for those types of opportunities to collaborate with individuals or organizations that hold upmost honesty and transparency.

That collaboration allowed us to then collaborate several other times with several other organizations.

This is where transparency becomes key. If it wasn’t for that first opportunity, I probably would never have the second, third, fourth or fifth, plus more programs.
